This card was extremely helpful during our visit in Barcelona. I could use it for uncountable visits in all means of transportation. We had many discounts in museums and other events. Hop-on hop off bus is user-friendly and welcome by children. I have a wonderful experience in visiting the Gaudí House Museum & Garden
and the ticket to the quick line of Sagrada Famillia were also amazing. I recommend it to everyone without reservation!!
Barcelona is a really great city. It offers many small hidden cafes and restaurants with a huge variety of interesting offers. All in all it was a really great trip!
Useful but it must more museums included
Value for money could be a bit better, so 1 star deduction. I think it's great that all public transport within Barcelona are included, ie subway, buses, etc. But: B. the bus tour (city tour with the 3 different lines) on site buys you get 2 days for only € 10 surcharge / person more. You also have to be careful with the boat tour, they wanted to cash in extra (I think € 3 or € 4 per person would have been) although the included in the pass. Yes, do not pay extra there! Insist that the tour is included!
The conquest of Barcelona is a lot of fun with the Barcelona City Pass. One has many advantages and often spares a long queuing.
Barcelona City Pass is worthwhile, if at least 1-2 of the offered museums are visited, which was the case with us. I would recommend.
Short term ticket to the Picasso Museum without advance booking in advance Reimbursement of services which could not be used during the general strike Cave: Metro connection from the airport to the city center takes significantly longer than aerobus (not included in the map)
Everything was fine so far. The only criticism: when we entered the Sagrada Familia, we had to realize that no guide was included. It was a pity ... you had no chance to do this. Unfortunately we have been deprived of many details of the cathedral. It would be desirable to mention this when booking the pass. Suggestion: rather a few euros and beat the headphones guide inclusive offer. Or alternatively bookable with or without guide. Otherwise, the pass is recommended for city dinners.
The entries were without any problems without longer waiting times. If you want to explore the Sagrada Familia, the ticket of the Turbopass is not enough. I have the offer that you may have to offer to stop the head. Totally without problems the transport works with the opening. Excellent!
Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time at Barcelona. The Barcelona City Pass was very convenient when it comes to planning where to go. It gave us a good idea what to do. The public transportation was definitely worth it. We took the train and bus everywhere. Everything was less than 20 mins away. I gave 4 stars because I wished they had 7 days city pass.
Barcelona is worth more than a trip. The possibilities to see this wonderful city are immense. This is why you should consider carefully before your order of this "Barcelona City Pass" what you want to see and also time can. Because the offered advantages can not be taken nearly in a period of 5 days. Above all, the restaurants that accept the pass are not the cheapest. The information is good but also available at the hotel. And not to forget, the NFC chips in the pass and in the ticket are activated at the first use and then run (at 5 days) after 120 hours. The price included in the price five-day trip I felt as very good and practical
Barcelona super
Great pass! Enjoyed it all. Made the trip to the Sagrada, as well as Gaudi's house very easy. Wish the part of the park with the mosaics was include. We arrived later in the day and the tickets had all been sold out. Book that part yourself for sure.
Handling the purchase ... works perfectly! Unfortunately, some sights are missing (eg entrance to the Parc Guell, Casa Mila)
I had bought the Barcelona City Pass for 5 days, it was perhaps a bit pricey, but for me it was still worth it. One can carefree ride through the city, many attractions are free, as they are included in the passport, there are many advantages and it's just a good thing.
This pass offers a lot of options and, as always, the key is to plan ahead. It includes many attractions and somehow it simplify things since you choose only from the included attractions (a bit restrictive perhaps).
In my opinion, you can cut even comparing the amount of money the attractions cost independently with the amount of attractions you will be able to see in the amount of days of validity.
Execution of the order was super (3 days). The included map / Metro line directory is outdated - and due to the size barely legible (aged 50 and over are the eyes worse). Metro offer super - but can be purchased separately at the airport) Many places can be combined walking - Overview card missing. Overall performance and offer good. (In December, the buses hop and Top at longer intervals - so that waiting times arise). Sagrada Familia - with appointment is great - just no audio guide can be determined by entering in retrospect more resolve - that should be optional offered at the map (bzw.Hinweis).
We would always take the pass. Book Very much waiting time and the pass we could without problems take at the airport. Super advice and explanation.
It really depends. The Metro Pass was fantastic and saved us a lot of money and time. We loved the hop-on-hop-off bus because it was hassle free and the audio commentaries were great. However, we were disappointed about the entry to the Sargada Familia not including the towers and that there was no other way to get a ticket for the tower without purchasing the combined ticket. The Barcelona City Pass does grant entries to a lot of the museums but we did not have the time in 3 days to see many. The voucher book that you get with the pass dose give good discounts to places which we found useful.
All in all, I think the Barcelona City Pass has a lot of potential and it’s great for people who love museums and love getting around fast. I wish the pass includes more free entries to the mains attractions rather than just discount offers.
We stayed for a long weekend in Barcelona. With the Citypass we received our desired dates to visit the Sagrada Familia and the Casa Gaudí. The Hop-on Hop-off Tour has given us a good (and fast) overview.
