Last entry is 30 minutes before closing time.

Children under the age of 3 can enter for free.
Guests must be at least 1.3 meters in height and aged 8 or above to participate in the Wax Hand Experience.
The attraction is wheelchair, pram, and mobility-impaired friendly throughout all zones.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
