We were at sunset in Burj Kalifa. A real highlight, what a gigantic view you have from up there.
At first we were skeptical because no one on the spot knew this passport and other passports were sold in hotels and on the street (big bus kiosks). But in fact everything worked out perfectly well! Descriptions of the services were correct and it was not a problem to have the passport only on the phone. Relevant was always the booking number on the passport and its attachments. The pass is priced for all included services very interesting. However, it makes sense to think carefully what you really want to do everything and believe that you can create. For us, the Turbopass had paid off, but also had a tight program!
Definitely worth the Dubai City Pass. We bought it for 3 days and also tried to see and experience everything that was possible. The hop on / hop off bus is great because you can see all the major sights and have a choice of different routes. There is water in the bus to drink, but it could be cooler in the temperatures in Dubai! We did not look at museums, the few days were not enough. Great is that the desert safari is included in the deal, which we liked the most. It is also great that the entrance and the reservation for the visit of the Burj Khalifa were there, which saves time and money.
Fully recommended, all attractions covered. From entering the Burj Khalif to cruises, museums, a safari tour and the Big Bus, stopping at all the important points and getting water for free.
The Turbopass is very helpful for visitors visiting a city for the first time. You do need to have a talent for organization to use the Turbopass correctly and make it cheaper than buying it individually. The only problem is that the Turbopass does not provide any information about whether a sight or attraction is closed, which makes the pass more expensive overall and wastes time. Sometimes there is nothing about this on the relevant website. It is important to be clear beforehand about what you want to visit and whether the price is appropriate in relation to that.
We made use of this in Dubai for 5 days and the hop on bus is very pleasant. Maybe make it clearer where you can get on, but the bus is very smooth if you wave and he can stop, the driver does that. The attractions are also worth it
Everything was really great except for the safari 2 hours there and back for a 10 minute jeep safari and then pure money making and siege at the tent over dinner. So I would only book the safari privately.
We were very happy with the Dubai Pass. Except for one thing, our Dubai Pass included a Yaz Island boat tour to Abu Dhabi. When we got there after a two-hour bus ride (Ferrari Museum, Abu Dhabi racetrack) nobody knew where this boat was going and we had to take a taxi there and back.
Have seen everything worth seeing and saved a lot of money.
we were in Dubai for a week in December 2019. We chose the Turbopass with 7 days. There are really a lot of attractions. So it really requires good planning in advance that you can really use the pass. We can say we took full advantage of it. There are super great attractions, such as: Burj Khalifa (which we were rather disappointed with) was a long line and Pepp was not there (but the pass can not help) The FRAME was better - but unfortunately it is not in the pass contain. The desert jeep safari was great - we can really recommend it. They really go full throttle with the jeeps through the desert - BBQ can be saved ... Desert sunset tour was also very nice. Quite short, but everything that was announced is included. We were also able to use the big bus very well to get to malls and sights. The BIG BUS employees are very accommodating and the company is also very well organized. When we would take him again. It worked really well! PREREQUISITE: well-organized planning (yes, at home!)
Turbo pass experience was great. Visit of Bhurj Khalifa was quick and easy. Pickup and drop for dessert safari was good however camp was over crowded. Food was poor quality. Hop on bus experience was nice. I will surely recommend this pass
The desert safari with Happy Desert Safari can be safely forgotten. The driver did not give us any information about the trip, the route, the process, etc. The inside of the vehicle was totally broken. All brackets were torn off. The evening in the camp was unfortunately very touristy, with terrible food and outrageous prices for drinks (beer EUR 10, cola EUR 7). Maybe this works better, even if the price would have to be increased. But the desert is too beautiful not to be remembered positively by such an experience.
We got the 7 day pass which has some nice extras. We used most of the activities included. The disappointment was the free bus to Abu Dhabi- too early in the morning with arrival there at 10 and an included yacht cruise at 11 and 32 km away from the dropping off point. In order to do it be ready to pay a nice penny on taxies. We paid for our own bus there at a much more convenient time since the only attraction we were interested was the mosque,
We booked the 7-day pass and were very satisfied with the services included. Only the desert safari did not meet the expected standard; Everything else we liked very much.
A good package that covers most attractions that you want to visit in Dubai. Just take the time to review the attractions carefully to determine the ones you will be interested in. 2-3 days pass is the best option. In my opinion the 7 days pass is not a good buy, mainly because you cannot really rely on big bus to go everywhere as it is tour-oriented and you will be spending a lot of time on the road.
Customer service was also good.
Everything was great except for a small "suggestion for improvement". It is about the unique labeling of the stops for the Hop-on-Hop-off BIG BUS. Have found some of them only after multiple inquiries with taxi drivers or passers-by.
We were in Dubai for a total of 8 days and decided on the 7-day pass. Apart from the desert safari, which was an absolute letdown, we loved the pass. Through him we got a rough overview of what we can look at everything. Especially the transportation with the buses, which we used as a public transport, we liked it very much. It should be noted, however, that in relation to the trip to Abu Dhabi only the transfer is included. You have to book the bus for about 200 dirhams. We would always book the pass and recommend it.
As far as everything went well, only the safari of Dessert Safari was the purest horror, ripping off the tourists. For all money was required you were not asked before if you want to do it. When you let go back then you would have to pay extra with the transfer was actually included in the price.
With the turbopass you have a substantial overview of Dubai
