Price / performance ratio of the Turbopass is good. You can look at a lot for the money. The desert safari was a disaster. Never visited such a bad event while traveling. Kamlereiten 30 minutes ride for 1 minute ride, jeep safari lasted 5 minutes and then 2 hours in the camp and wait for the bad and cold food. Despite "VIP" (for an extra charge of course) bad service and no clear view of the stage, since all non-VIP standing around the stage! Shuttle to Abu Dhabi drives on the way to the mosque, the return trip in the evening from the other end of the city (Marina Mall). Apparently, just a scam to sell another big bus day ticket for Abu Dhabi, which is too expensive for the time available. Visit the mosque and then take a taxi to the Marina Mall. Is much cheaper. Unfortunately, the BIg bus runs on most routes only until about 18h. This does not always fit in with other activities offered, so taxi rides, metro / tram have to be included. Here it is advisable to inform about daily tickets or other discounted tickets.
Perfect in event way... Saves time and money. Excellent customer service this time around. Buy 7 day pass as there is lots to do and see. Save big money
Generally it was the cheapest pass you could find which is great when travelling in a budget. All the staff was helpful and polite. The buses had stops in all the places of interest. It also included some attractions that anyways had free entrance.
We used all the lines of the Hopp on Hopp off bus and thus saw a lot, which we would not have seen otherwise. Also used many entries. Unfortunately, you can not do everything in these few days. Very nice was also the desert safari with camel riding. The only thing that bothered us is that we did not find the bus stations. These are not enough written to.
We were quite well equipped with the pass and, as far as it was the responsibility of Turbopass, was completely satisfied. Our complaint regarding the botched desert safari was taken seriously
With the Turbo Pass everything was covered what you can experience in Dubai in a week. Top
Turbopass Dubai made my visit more enjoyable and hassle free. There are a couple of things that I would like to add. First, although I had an option to change my visit timings to at the top of Burj Khalifa but when I asked for it you guys didn't help me, that was disappointing. Secondly, I don't know why most of the museums were closed that were included in the pass. If they were closed for maintenance then it should be mentioned somewhere before booking. However, I enjoyed my time there because of this pass and hope to visit some other city soon
We bought the turbo pass for 7 days. The Hop on Hop off tickets we received easily at one of the stands, the tours are really highly recommended! Other sights such as the Burj Khalifa and the aquarium were easy to visit and very uncomplicated. The desert safari was also a great experience, great pictures - the food and show afterwards was fine. All in all a great way to explore Dubai!
A lot of services included, even in a week you can not visit all sights and attractions. Price-performance is great, individually, the included services would cost much more. Here would be less maybe more because you all somehow paid.
Was very good
The City Pass enabled us to get to know Dubai very intensively. Unfortunately, some excursions were not feasible due to the departure and times. Flamingo Lagoon Discovery or The Meydan Racecourse. Since we were able to use the 7-day pass only on 4 days, accounted for some possible activities. Nice was the transfer to Abu Dhabi but we found the price for the local reservation a bit too high. Especially with the long waiting times due to the 1 or 2h intervals.
The night bus tour was nice. The desert tour is very touristy, but if you get involved in it, you can enjoy a great evening with a great fire show. Meeting point to pick up the BigBusTicket in the Duba iMall is difficult to find.
Everything went well and was easy. Fast line would be recommended.

You can explore through the 3 routes very many attractions. Also the boat ride was very nice. What not recommendable is the desert safari. The total touristnepp !! We were picked up at 2:30 pm and drove all over Dubai in a rickety car that was at least fifteen years old. The extremely unfriendly driver kept talking on the phone and typed while driving instead of focusing on the traffic. At 16:30 we were then unloaded at the "Treffpunkt", a place in nowhere with a gammligen store. to my question what we do here, I got the rude answer that you have to wait here now 45 minutes. Then we drove (again alone) to the actual start of the then very short drive through the desert. In the touristy oasis we got indefinable food and had to drive again during the show, as our driver had decided that. The direct way to the hotel took then about half an hour All other included offers were however very well organized
Unfortunately it was too long for our children, too exhausting and we could not use all the routes and attractions. The trip to Abu Dhabi took more than 2 hours, there you had to buy a Abu Dhabi pass. The safari I would not do so, driver super nice but after the dune ride almost 4h wait, we only got water no soft drinks. Soft drinks were only for eating. Burj Khalifa was awesome, Aquarium in Atlantis too.
I booked the 3 days Dubai city pass because Abu dhabi and the desert was included. However, they do not tell you that you will have to buy another hop on hop off ticket in order to get to know the city in Abu dhabi.
In addition, the desert experience is horrible. A falcon and camel experience is offered. However, there was one falcon with a guy, and he lets you hold it for one photo. No flying or display included. Same happened with the camel, just one and the riding experience is just 2 minutes, so just for the photo. The desert was awful, not a real desert ( I have been in Dubai to real deserts). You could see the plants growing and a horrible building while watching the sunset.
