The "Cinque Terre" are five villages located on steep cliffs overlooking the sea. The colourful houses make this area particularly beautiful to look at. Hiking trails through unique landscapes connect the villages, guaranteeing spectacular views of the sea.
The tour starts in Florence, where a multilingual tour guide and a minivan are waiting for you. The first stop is the village of Portovenere, where you will see the typical colourful houses. The Doria Castle, the majestic fortress in the historic centre of Portovenere, is also enchanting. Enjoy the view of the sea and the unique landscape. Our next stop is Manarola, a charming little town in the Cinque Terre. There you will have plenty of free time to look around and experience the magic of this region. Afterwards, we will visit the towns of Vernazza and Monterosso. Monterosso is also known as the "Pearl of the Cinque Terre". This beautiful fishing village with its magnificent beaches will surely surprise you. There you can spend some free time to take wonderful pictures – or to swim in the sea. A boat will then take us to La Spezia, from where the bus will take us back to Florence, where this tour ends.
Please note that boat transport is not available from 1 November to 31 March, so we cover the route by train. The ticket for this is already included in the price of the day tour.
