Very convenient, no waiting in line pass including Academia, Uffizzi, Piti Palace, etc. Walking tour was great
The pass was great value
The staff I dealt with were extremely helpful
I recomend you that if its your first time using tubopass, to as soon as you arive to your destintation go to q Touristation, they will help you make the best of the turbo pass, I bought the pass to Florence and. To Rome and the only thing that I regret , is that i didnt make the best of it. There where a ñot of places i could've have gone , that i didn't.
But believe me when I say Im checking in for every city turbopass, every time I travel.
Very friendly service staff, very helpful The Piazalle Michelangelo is the view of Florence Uffizi is crowded, but very impressive The Leonardo Interacitve Museum is worth seeing
The stops for the hop on hop off bus are not so obvious! You have to look for an additional red sign at the normal stops! But otherwise highly recommended to see the whole of Florence again and very interesting with an audio guide!
The Turbo Pass for Florence was great. We picked up the tickets for the Uffizi and the Hop on Hop off Bus from the Slow Tour Tuscany office on Monday. This saved us a lot of time that we would otherwise have had to queue everywhere to buy tickets. It was just great. Thank you very much.
In 5 days we were able to do: the cathedral and the duomo, the Uffizi, the Academia, the Innocents, the Leonardo da Vinci museum, the Tower of Pisa and its cathedral and the guided tour of the city. You have to go to their office once to receive all the information and then they send you the tickets on WhatsApp except for the Accademia because they give them to you in front of the museum. When I had questions, I was able to communicate with them via WhatsApp, it's very convenient. I recommend the option with the duomo, it’s splendid. You will still queue for the big museums despite the queue cut because there are a lot of people but you still pass in front of people without tickets in advance. The only downside was that the guided tour of the city was only in English so my mother was not able to take advantage of it.
The vouchers purchased with the pass could be exchanged without any problems; Entry went really well everywhere: only when we booked the city tour via email did we unfortunately miss the fact that they sent us a confirmation with a different date than the one requested, so we unfortunately couldn't take the tour; We then spontaneously took a city tour with the HopOn-HopOff bus.
Amazing pass
The Florence Pass is the easiest way to see the two most important museums of the city: the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery. It is CRUCIAL to reserve your time for both museums to ensure you don't stand in the lines, but the Florence City Pass makes that process very easy. With the reserved times, our entry into the museums was efficient, simple and quick. There are so many fantastic museums in Florence, it's impossible to see them all in one trip, so, we have to come back.
very good, recommended
It's all ok. Well priced, since the sum of individual tickets with Fast-Pass costs at least the same.
With the Turbopass you have an entry ticket for all important museums in Florence, reserved entry times for the Uffizi Gallery and the Galeria dell'Accademia and many other advantages and discounts. A good deal for a hassle free day in beautiful Florence.
Enjoy a cappuccino at Terrazza Soprarno near the Ponte Vecchia
A must have pass for all the museums in florence. The pass allows you to book a time for the main two museums you want to see while in florence.
... in the city of Michelangelo, Raphael, Da Vinci and Botticelli
It’s was very helpful to already have my ticket voucher and a specified time to be at the museums. I didn’t get to do everything the pass offered, but what I did get to I really enjoyed.
We wanted to visit the Uffizi and the Gelleria dell 'Academia. Have taken the pass for a day and then brought out the maximum. The advantage of this is that the programmed day can be used to make the day quite flexible. One visits museums, eg the museum of the antiquity, which one might not otherwise have had on the plan. However, I would point out that in the Acandemia the ticket must be exchanged, otherwise you will not get into it.
First of all, an excellent customer service, the happy to help. Thumbs up! We had a day for various museums and a day on which we had a reservation for the Uffizi and the Galleria d 'Academia - what else or much more we did not make that day! Recommendation is definitely to book these two things on a separate day.
