I had the pass for 6 days and was extremely satisfied. All the top sights are included and everything worked out wonderfully. I recommend taking the pass including Hamburg's public transport, then you really have the all-round carefree package.--231111111111111111

The Hamburg City Pass was a great thing for us, it included lots of trips, e.g. city tour, Alster cruise, harbor tour and entrance fees. On the city tours (double-decker bus) you really have to be careful to catch the red bus, all the others are not included in the Turbo Pass. Some drivers don't have a scanner, or just don't want to. Otherwise - just calculate the individual fares/attractions and add them up, you'll get there pretty well and can save with the Turbo Pass. We also had public transport included, which is a great thing. You don't have to worry about which zone or which lanes you need, you can just drive all over. The people of Hamburg are really nice and very helpful.
For the 3 day stay it was very useful to have the HC Pass.
Everything went perfectly and we had a great stay. Thanks to the City Pass we were able to create a schedule in advance, which made the organizational aspects a lot easier for us!
I can recommend the pass, you just have to look at what activities you want to do to make sure it's worth it. Be sure to do a neighborhood tour, the harbor tour and use the hop on hop off bus. You get a lot of information

On the one hand, there were one or two things that we hadn't really considered before, and on the other hand, some other information (for example, Alster tour) was very helpful. Among other things, we also went on the neighborhood tour and were more than pleasantly surprised by both the content and our guide. As far as we could tell, there are differences from organizer to organizer here; we were lucky, so to speak. Roughly speaking, we saved around 60 euros in the 5 days by using the City Pass. A great thing that we will definitely use again on our next visit to Hamburg; there is still a lot for us to see.

We weren't museum tourists, but we were still able to save a lot of money with the pass. The purchase went smoothly and with confidence, and everywhere you go you're given clear instructions on how to use both the pass and the ticket you booked with it. It was accepted everywhere without any problems.
