The Turbo Pass for a 5-day stay in Hamburg was worth it. Especially including public transport. We visited a lot of the included sights. However, information about the partner companies could be improved, because for the harbor and Alster tours we had to ask around until we got to the right one. Otherwise, absolutely recommendable
Everything worked out great, requests for tours were accommodated depending on availability. Quick responses to questions and reservations via email.
Take the ferry to Finkenwerder and get off at the Elbe beach on the way back
We put together a great program, almost everything worked, ignorant staff at some of the cash registers, but it worked anyway, too little time otherwise we could have used more
The Turbo pass allowed us to be very flexible and to have access to our visits very easily. We were able to enjoy the most common attractions: city tour by double-decker bus/port visit by boat/the Rikmers sailboat/the Cargo boat/the panoramic view of St Mickael I had also subscribed to the transport supplement in common which allowed us to take transport without asking questions. We went to Blankenese and took advantage of the ferry. In conclusion: the pass is profitable (if you want to go sightseeing) and practical.
Unfortunately there were problems and unfriendly staff. We hadn't made a reservation, which was clearly our mistake, but as there was still space we made a reservation on site. Beforehand it was not possible to redeem the pass, even though there was space. After 10 minutes of discussion it was possible. Very sad, because that spoiled the fun of the game.
We were traveling in Hamburg with friends from Bavaria. After initial difficulties, everything worked out well. First we did a city tour with the Hop On Hop Off red line. Afterwards we went straight to the ship and took a harbor tour. Then we took the elevator up to Michel and had a really nice view over Hamburg. At the end we were in the Panopticon. Our friends were thrilled and we had a lovely day in Hamburg. What is important, however, is that you should start your city tour and harbor tour at the landing stages. You can convert the cards into tickets at the info points there.
We can recommend the Hamburg City Pass if you are staying for a week. Booking the neighborhood tour and the tour to the fish market is highly recommended. We had no complaints and the vouchers were accepted everywhere without any problems. All in all it was the right decision for us. Unfortunately the City Pass app didn't work.
You save a lot compared to your competitor, but you have to be clear that the offer is limited and many attractions are not included or are discounted. We were particularly disappointed that the most important attraction in Hamburg, the Miniatur Wunderland, was not included.
Very good with a local transport ticket, free travel on ferries too. Several entrance fees included
There was a lot to see, on the first day we took the city tour bus through the city. This meant you could learn a lot and make a plan for what you wanted to do. Since we were flexible, we booked a Lion King ticket at the train station, it was a third cheaper and we could go to the show straight away in the afternoon. Worth seeing
Everything worked wonderfully, the City Pass includes all the main sights. The miniature wonder world in the warehouse district would be great. Good value for money, recommended.
If you want to visit a city, you want to experience as much as possible in one day and at a reasonable price. With the Hamburg City Pass, a friend and I were able to get to know the diverse city of Hamburg. First we went through Hamburg with the hop on hop off bus. A harbor tour was also a must. In addition, many museums were looked at, since we had free entry. As a result, we also got a taste of museums that we might not have gone into otherwise. We particularly enjoyed the Panopticon and Cap San Diego.
.
We were able to drive from A to B in a relaxed manner with the Turbo Pass. Visiting many museums that are included ... really a great thing!
We had the turbo pass for one day and especially loved the hop on hop off bus tour and the boat trip! It was also great on the Michel.
We were in Hamburg for one day and bought the City Pass with local transport. Simply great! Harbor tour, hop on hop off, public transport - that would have cost us a lot more. We would have gladly done the Alster trip, but it didn't take place in the afternoon, although during the tour before that it was written at the landing stage that it would also run again at half past four. Unfortunately we had to take another company and pay extra.
There were four of us (2 adults + 2 children) in Hamburg for 3 days and we made full use of the turbo pass. Unfortunately, the pass did not count in the dungeon in August, the children would like to be in there too. The tour to the Elbphilharmonie and Kiez was great!
The pass is a good idea but only if you want to see many of the sights. You probably save a few euros with it, but at least. What annoyed me, however, is that after a year of pandemic no precise information is given about where there are impairments - you still have to pick everything out yourself.
