Had one pass with and one without local transport. It was very pleasant to just be able to use the subway as you wanted. Made good use of the pass.

Once we loaded the pass onto our cell phone and printed out the HVV ticket, everything was very uncomplicated. We thought about everything we wanted to see in advance, and it turned out to be a lot more. It's just a shame that because of... Some events had closed and we couldn't attend them.
The order was placed quickly and the service - as in our case, as one person had to cancel at short notice - was very accommodating. We were really able to use the pass extensively. Be sure to book local transport (public transport)!

We took advantage of a lot of offers, and the included tickets were also very practical (although they were never checked).
I can only recommend City Passes!!!! Completely easy, no queuing, no long payments...just show your passport and you're done! Anytime again and not just in Hamburg
Thanks to the options provided in the form of an overview, it is very easy to plan every day in Hamburg. There are a lot of sights included in the pass and the use of local transport made our 6-day stay very entertaining. We would book the pass again.
Very good arrangement to experience a relaxing and interesting stay in Hamburg. Price-performance is very good. I would be happy to use them again on my next visit.
We are very happy with our card, the single point I can give - the coordination of personal tours is a little bit complicated because of email/internet connection etc. But generally it was great!

When we got home I did a calculation and we saved approx. 50 Euros including public transport, Alster cruise, hop-on hop-off tour, entrance to the most important churches and museums, so I highly recommend it!

We had the pass for 2 days including local transport. We can only recommend everyone to use this. The pass has already paid for itself with just three uses of the included services. The Alster tour, the sightseeing double-decker, the harbor tour and the Olivia Jones tour were only a small part of the offer that we took advantage of. Many museums were included and it's best to make a plan right away to see as much as possible. It was just great and I would even buy the Turbopass a second time if we went to Hamburg again.
Turbopass is worth it for anyone who likes to visit museums - there are lots of interesting offers included. The option to book public transport is also great - especially for those who want to do something different spontaneously. Just pay attention to when the last train leaves - taxi is expensive !
