It is a pity that the discounts contained in the pass are no longer valid because the restaurants no longer offer them. The pass would have to be brought up to date again. Otherwise a great thing if you want to experience Hamburg. It is also recommended that you book the pass with local transport, as it is much easier to take the train if you are in Hamburg for several days and have already walked a lot in the city. It would also be nice if the miniature wonderland was included in the pass.

Had to go to an office to get ticket for Hop On and then find another office for Harbor cruise. Why not a mobile ticket?
Expectations not completely fulfilled or possibly too much hoped! The public transport I think we had enough covered. (+) Free harbor tour and city tour are only possible with the designated boat and with the red bus line. Harbor tour and bus ride could be made with it. (+ / -) Admission to the Elbphilharmonie is free anyway, a tour was not possible due to the capacity utilization or we were not successful, a visit would not have been possible as they must be booked in advance weeks in advance. (-) At Hamburg Dungeon the queue was too long, if the entry would have been possible I can not say, a so-called Fast Lane / Priority Lane as I believe to have read in the description, there was nowhere and therefore could not be claimed , (+ / -) For the adjacent Miniatur Wunderland entry to the card was not possible and there was no discount. Unfortunately, the Hop-On - Hop-Off Tour applies only on one day despite 3 days pass. And on 14.05. you drove with the roof down - despite good weather. Also, the stops are not always close to the sights and it was not stopped at all stops and said where to go from here to cheap, only on request was kept. Were very disappointed. The tour on the Binnen-Alster was very nice - also the weather played along. The harbor cruise the next day was great. The info brochure was only available as PDF and nothing was mentioned. Also a contact person or a travel agency can give the information we have missed. This was better organized at other cities Tours Berlin or Vienna.
We booked the Hamburg City Pass for 2 days. At the Alsterrundfahrt we were sent on by the individual providers, because only one ship has accepted the turbo pass. The ride with the St. George was very informative and we were pleasantly surprised, as the other providers commented on this ship a bit derogatory. The next surprise was that only "The Red Biplane" recognized the Turbo Pass, so you have no choice which Hop on hop off bus you can choose. Also with the harbor round trip we had to search the offerer Barkassen-Meyer first laboriously, it was offered only a harbor round trip of an hour, everything else was not included in the turbo pass. The price-performance ratio is okay, but the services offered are quite limited.
The main problem was that it was not clear that even with a two days pass was not possible to use twice the Harbor Boat Tour and the hop-on-hop-off sightseeing tour by bus.
The Elbphilharmonieführung was disappointing. Not seen anymore as the free visitors. A little more insight would have been appropriate.
We saved a bit of money with this pass. Unfortunately a lot of the attractions did not have any English language options which made the tours not as good they could have been. We also had some issues redeeming the pass at some vendors. It ended up ok, but could have done without the hassle. The maritime museum was surprisingly large and probably the best place we used the pass for.
Hamburg has everything a city can offer - parks, rivers, beautiful churches, amazing food.
The Hamburg City Pass is already great, because you can drive worry-free by train and bus. The multitude of visitable museums on the labels leads one to think that one has free admission to all museums. This is deceptive - because the really good things are unfortunately not included. But you get a certain discount for these facilities (eg Miniaturwunderland, Kunsthallle etc). In good weather, the combination of harbor tour and city tour with the red buses is recommended in advance and to dwell on the various points.
It was very pleasant to have the HH-City-Pass for 3 days on our Hamburg city trip. Much of HH can be reached very well within walking distance and for more distant destinations the daily / multi-day ticket is the best choice for the HVV. You can then book individual attractions, but you are free in your choice.
The City Pass is actually a good idea. The disadvantage is that you have to create a certain number of sights on the day of validity, so it pays off.
Card usage could be made easier by giving direct access to the various museums or tours. Partly you had to get orginal tickets at the designated provider. Only one could not find the offerers partly because not well written was (for excample. Harbor round trip), boat quickly found, but were sent back to the office to get the right tickets. I think you should be able to figure out whether the Hamburg City Pass is worthwhile for one. In most of the attractions and on the tickets you get other discounts, if one counts to the reduced number of people or has a coupon. So you only save money if you visit many of the sights in a short time or otherwise receive no discounts. Unfortunately, many of the attractions have a relatively short opening time. So I could no longer visit the exhibition in the prototype, because the employees already 15 minutes before the closing denied the entry. I was seriously told I should come back tomorrow, although I was already there, as a tourist no unlimited time quota is available and the entrance through the Hamburg City Pass was already paid. The staff at this exhibition were in no way helpful. Nevertheless, I have a lot of fun on this day (Hamburg Dungeon, original harbor tour, city tour Hop-on Hop-off bus, St. Michaelis Tower and Panoptikum). Overall the offer is very good, but should be cheaper or at least also for students, trainees and severely handicapped to be discounted in order to offer a clear advantage over the usual reductions.
Basically, the City Pass is a good idea because you do not need to worry about some things and can save money. If you want to see the city relaxed and only 1-2 attractions / wants to use, it can be cheaper you use the conventional variant tickets on site to purchase. The implementation with the providers I had to determine as a need for optimization. One example was the Hop-on-Hop-off-City tour. It was stated that the first bus leaves at 9:30. However, the bus driver does not accept a City Pass. A ticket must be issued at a nearby ticket counter. Unfortunately, this switch did not open until 10:15. This was nowhere described.

Overall, the price-performance ratio is okay. Topp guide with guide Felix in the HafenCity. Attention! The office of service providers, example Meyer barracks, is furthest away from the stop Landungsbrücken. Alsterboot was supposedly broken, but no indication received.
The actual tours and museums were very good. Unfortunately, you could not enter the bus and ship directly to the pass but you had to buy a ticket in different places with the ball. Where this was to do really is not clearly signposted. I had to ask at various points. It should now be possible to directly carry a digital pass the actions again without having to queue for a ticket,
We were quite satisfied with the Hamburg City Pass, unfortunately we could not use all the attractions offered.
