    Monday to Friday: 11.00am - 6.00pm
    Saturday and Sunday: 10.00 am - 8.30 pm    
  • Accessibility: The London Eye is accessible to guests of varying abilities, including wheelchair users. Each gondola can accommodate one wheelchair user per rotation and there are ramps and elevators to allow access to the boarding platform.
  • Late arrivals: It is important to arrive on time for your scheduled ride as the London Eye operates to a strict timetable. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and tickets are non-refundable in such cases.
