The turbo pass can be bought online and sent to you via e-mail - it has to be printed and carried along - everything went smoothly - even the mobile phone photo shows the code with the device - we were not checked in the tram - unfortunately, that's hop on hop off bus only 1 day a 24 h valid
Above all, I bought the pass because there is no 2-day ticket for public transport. The benefits for the museums were nice, but I hardly needed.
Great museums!
Great museums!
Everything went very well, but we were not checked. What I did not like was that there was no discount on family entry.
The only issue with this pass is the time. So I will recommend to prioritize your interests. However even within small amount of time you may visit lots of attractions with pass. Very satisfied that bought this pass

I was surprised how many attractions I and my pal could attend freely and no problem with public transportation with no fuss!
Only problem it was not working with Erding Therme bathhouse. There was an snob woman refused and requested a paper to proof I have right to use a hour extra bath time. I couldn’t show more any than the turbopass ticket. But we took whole day instead and it was more worthy! :)
Thankful to Turbopass we can do many things in München. :)
The city pass is better than card for me because I stayed there for more than one day and came to a lot of attractions which is included in the pass. If you don’t stay that long, I think the card will be more suitable for you. Overall it is a good experience and very enjoyable holiday
It is time-consuming, that you always have to get a ticket at the cash registers and the employees were often not informed correctly. There were also technical problems. The passport is probably relatively rarely in demand?
For example, the free-dessert in a restaurant when paying for a main course has been obtained after 1/2 hour discussion. The restaurant refusing, in a first time !
Everything worked out very well.
That's fine
Great for public transport, it is valid for everyone! Many discounts but of little value, however useful. Lower price than other similar cards ...
I bought a five days munchen card, mainly for the public transport(entire network).I get some discounts by attractions that i planned to see.
There are a lot of discounts,so i am satisfied.
Mostly good. For some places you need to exchange their tickets, and one attraction (I forgot which one it is)'s scanner was too old that it showed my pass had already been used in that place, but I still got the ticket after the staff checked with the pass company.
So impressed with the efficiency of the transport system in Munich and the freedom the city pass gives you to use all modes of transport! I will definitely recommend this as means of getting around the city. The discounted entrance fee is also a bonus!
A good useful product to access the main museum and transport of Munich, however the museum are still learning about it and one museum treated as a discount card not a pass so had to pay reduce ticket price. The scan location for museum is just in English it may be worth to have German as well,
The travel card is a boon...not having to worry about purchasing tickets is fantastic
We liked the Munich City Pass. Everywhere accepted it, although a few museums seemed to struggle with the scanning process - we even had to help a couple of places to scan it properly. Having the Pass certainly meant that we did more things than we would have done. We would get it again.
