Everything mega, well done. Buy and get in !!
Thanks to the City Pass, we have saved a lot of time and money. It's much easier if you don't have to buy tickets all the time, whether for public transport or for sightseeing. We will definitely go back to Munich and then buy the City Pass again. The Asamkirche is worth a visit and the view high up from the Olympic Tower is just beautiful. As a little tip for those who like to eat schnitzel: The restaurant "Platt &ebel" is an absolute must. Schnitzel that can be individually topped and also taste extremely delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to the next visit.
Just get in and drive off, super uncomplicated and you can get anywhere quickly and explore Munich in a relaxed manner. No looking for a parking space, always happy.
It is recommended to use the City Pass, you are mobile with all means of transport, and the price is very cheap! Reliable team, thank you!
Was on the road for 3 days with the Munich Card and can only recommend it. I also shopped at Schuhbeck and enjoyed the 10% discount. A walk with the Schlosspark app in Nymphenburg and a visit to the tavern in the Au would be my recommendations.
The Munich Pass is very practical. In addition to the use of all public transport in the city, there are also discounts in various museums. Buying a lake is worth it twice. It's just relaxed when you don't always have to buy a new ticket.
We decided on the Munich City Pass - and it was the right decision :-) Public transport and many admissions are free. The 5-day ticket was ideal for our 6-day stay in Munich. We will also choose this again for future city trips. In Corona times there was no "fast line" in front of museums and we had to queue. But that was okay for us! The QR code from the City Pass was simply scanned in in the entrance area of the respective location - done: free admission! The annoying search at the ticket machine is no longer necessary! Just great!
Very practical to discover Munich.
The City Pass is very easy to use at the MVV and in the state museums and parks. We were very satisfied because we were able to move freely in Munich and for the most part get in without any problems. The possibilities of using the CityPass are enormous. In the 5 days you can only use a small part of this offer. Later we discovered that we could hardly achieve a price advantage with the City Pass. Possibility for improvement: Due to the Corona, we would have had to get a ticket online for the Deutsches Museum beforehand. On the DM ticket portal, however, it was not clear how to use the City Pass. The City Pass is not mentioned anywhere! In the end, there weren't too many visitors, so we were allowed in anyway. But it could also have gone wrong!
Well worth it if you are in town for several days. It's so much easier because you don't have to worry about tickets and admissions.
dealing with it is easy
Going back and forth without problems and calculating ... everything worked out great ... we also got a discount on the ferris wheel and in some museums ... we would book it that way again and again
Very interesting, the Scholl siblings monument in the university
We bought the card for our young visitor from abroad. That was the best decision to get to know the city. If you have an independent visit, you can send them on a city tour with the card without hesitation. Since not all sights are feasible, it is all the better that everything is actually included and you can decide for yourself what is important and worth seeing for yourself. This is also a great thing for people who live here, as you can go exploring much cheaper than regular. You should plan some time. The 2-day pass is currently still the most sensible in terms of price / performance. It would be great if the 3-day pass would be a little cheaper in comparison.
With the CityPass, we were able to leave our car in the parking lot and made all journeys in and around Munich with public transport.
We were able to see and experience a lot in the three days, entry / guided tour was uncomplicated, as the necessary information was included and we were able to make full use of the pass.
With the City Pass, we were able to easily travel to the Olympiapark, Englischer Garten and other sights by underground and S-Bahn without buying tickets beforehand. The connections were very good, without long waiting times.
The fact that you can not only use public transport with the Munich City Pass, which makes a city trip much easier, but also get a discount for so many sights, makes the pass a non plus ultra for exploring this beautiful city! Our personal highlight was Nymphenburg Palace with the great, spacious park.
