In our two-hour Pizza cooking class, you will learn the secrets of Neapolitan pizza under the guidance of an experienced pizza chef. The course begins with detailed instructions in which you will learn the basics of dough preparation for Neapolitan pizza. You will be shown how to make the perfect dough and what tricks you need to use. Working in teams of two, you will prepare the dough according to a special recipe for two people. Once the dough has been prepared, you will be given a detailed presentation of the regional products used in Neapolitan cuisine. You will also try a small Neapolitan starter to get you in the mood for the main course. A special highlight of the course is the introduction to the oldest method of dividing dough balls, the so-called "mozzatura". The ingredients for the classic Margherita and Marinara pizzas are then explained. You will roll out your own dough, add the ingredients and, with the help of the baker, place the pizza on the peel so that it can be baked perfectly in the oven.
