Visit the Centre Pompidou Paris, the national art and culture center in the fourth arrondissement of Paris. The Centre Pompidou in Paris is the only museum in the world that offers a complete overview of 20th and 21st century art. The “Musée National d'Art Moderne” is now presenting its masterpieces as part of two new chronological exhibitions. These new exhibitions include over 1,300 works, more than 500 magazines and a route through the artists and their works from the first half of the 20th century. The common thread of the exhibitions at the Centre Pompidou offers the opportunity to experience the works and new achievements from different points of view. There are around 20 exhibitions a year at the international exhibitions at the Centre Pompidou in Paris. The exhibitions at the Centre Pompidou in Paris include paintings, sculptures, photographs, architecture, design, video productions and much more.
The top floor offers a beautiful view of Paris and its special landmarks. The architecture of the Centre Pompidou in Paris is urban and postmodern. The high-tech architecture of the Centre Pompidou is reflected in the modern exterior façade designed by architect Shigeru Ban.
NOTE: Due to extensive renovation work, the Centre Pompidou in Paris will close from the end of 2025 until 2030.
