We had an amazing time using the pass over two days. It offers plenty of activities and saves you from waiting in line to buy tickets at each location. It's definitely worth the money and very easy to use.

We had the 3-day pass without the Eiffel Tower. We saw everything we wanted. Well organized on site. If you book the Eiffel Tower on site it is cheaper than with the pass. Booking the museum pass and then the entrance tickets on top of that is cumbersome. You didn't want to see them on site but you did want the museum pass. Our suggestion for improvement would be: take out a few museums and replace them with the local transport ticket. We took a lot of buses and trains and it was worth it. You could also save yourself the Seine trip with the provider. It's mass processing. We had a QR code like everyone else, but with the Turbopass you had to get an extra ticket with it at the counter, which was an absolute waste of paper.
I booked at short notice, so unfortunately I couldn't get the date I wanted. So plan enough time in advance for the booking. The entire process went very smoothly. However, because of the bookable time slots, I couldn't take part in all the activities I wanted. That would have been different if I had booked further in advance. So decide early, then it will be perfect.
Short or no queues, quick email response if you have any questions. Unfortunately no longer available for public transport.
Booking the pass worked perfectly. Unfortunately there were some problems with the hop-on-off bus, but we just walked the route. Unfortunately, we couldn't do the river tour because, according to the organizer, it was only possible until December 15th, 2023, but we booked this pass for December 16th and 17th, 2023. Unfortunately, this information was not communicated beforehand and was only visible in the appendix after booking. However, I would still recommend the pass because you won't be able to do all the activities included in this pass in 2 days. The included museum pass rounds off the offer well.
Positive: all of the Paris City Pass options we used worked without any problems. In particular, the inspection of the triumphal arch without having to queue was very pleasing. Fly View was also rated very positively by all 9 group members. negative: during our travel planning, the use of the metro was removed from the pass and replaced by the “hop on/off” option. This means our travel costs have increased by the metro fees. We wouldn't have used Hopp on/off as planned.
A visit to the observation deck of the Montparnasse Center is a must! The Panthéon is extremely impressive. The Eiffel Tower tour in the evening with a guide is a lasting experience!
It was very nice having access to museums and other landmarks, as well as been able to use freely public transport. the extra attractions (guided tours) were not that good, the boat was very crowded and the options for Montmartre limited
We were in Paris for a long weekend. I ordered the Turbopass some time beforehand, and the documents were then delivered to my home. With them I was able to reserve various tours in advance (for some this is absolutely necessary!). My tip: read the documents carefully so that you can plan in advance. The ticket for the metro was also included, which made our stay in Paris a lot easier. We particularly enjoyed the tour of Monmartre. On the one hand, there is a star deduction for the boat trip - despite the Turbopass card, you have to queue at the ticket counter, which takes time and was not mentioned in the documents. An indication of this or the possibility to book it online in advance would be great. It would be great to have a website where you can book the various tours and attractions in a clear manner. I had to reserve a few things by email or on various websites, which takes a lot of time and sometimes patience. Despite everything, I would definitely recommend the pass if you want to see as much of the city as possible.
The gentleman who assisted us when we picked up our passes was very helpful and spoke English which greatly helped us.
We were so happy we made reservations for timed entry very far in advance at museums and attractions since Paris is very busy and crowded
We used buses, metro, and train. Transit system was a little complicated but we eventually figured it out
Have fun getting lost !
All the best. It worked wonderfully
Everything fine. It worked wonderfully
The Turbo Pass is a convenient way to experience all the sights of a city and of course has its price. You should think carefully about which things you want to see and whether you want to book them individually. If the list isn't that big, it's not worth it. But there was a lot for us in Paris. Here, too, you often have to book time slots in advance via the Internet - but this has been common since Corona at the latest...
Great idea to structure the visit a bit. Most of it works great, the Parisians know the pass, the holders are given preferential treatment. A couple of negatives: some museums are tricky to book a time slot. My metro ticket had to be replaced 4 times. Otherwise really fabulous.
If you plan everything correctly, the pass is really great and definitely worth the money.
We enjoyed using our Paris Turbopass for the week we were in Paris. We purchased the five-day passes, as we were out of town for day trips on part of our trip. I wish I had used the Museum and City passes more, but there is only so much we could fit in during our time in the city. What I loved most was the metro passes! It was wonderful to take advantage of unlimited use of the metro to get us around. We did have a small problem when my husband's pass topped working, but the ticket agent at the station was able to quickly reissue him another one at no charge.
Be sure you prebook entry times for any museums that allow it, particularly the Louvre!
