With the Rome City Pass with local transport, you can travel free of charge on the metro lines in Rome A, B and C, buses, trams, regional trains and suburban trains. You can travel through Rome as much as you like during the period of validity. The validity of the local transport ticket depends on the duration of your City Pass. With your Rome City Pass for 1, 2 or 3 days, you can use local transport in Rome for 24, 48 or 72 hours. With a Rome City Pass for 4, 5 or 7 days, you will receive a local transport ticket that is valid for 7 consecutive days.

Before your first journey, go to one of the following pick-up points and collect your ticket there.

a) IOBUS POINT VIA GIOLITTI 34
Address: Via Giolitti 34, 00185 Rome, in the outer arcade of Termini Station (Central Station).
Opening Hours:
Munday to Saturday from 9 am to 5.30 pm
Sunday from 9 am to 4.30 pm 

b) IOBUS POINT VIA IV NOVEMBRE 149
Address: Via IV Novembre 149, 00187 Rome.
Opening Hours:
Munday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm
Sunday closed 

c) IOBUS POINT GALLERIA SAN PIETRO
Address: Largo del Colonnato 5, 00193 Rome
Opening Hours:
Monday to Saturday from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
Sunday & Holidays 9.30 am to 2.30 pm

Good to know

  • Operating hours:
    Public transport operates daily from 5.30 am to 11.30 pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, you can even use public transport until midnight. Night buses run regularly at night, connecting the city centre with the suburbs.
  • Children under 10 travel free of charge
