I've been to Rome five times before, but it was my husband's first time, so we both got the Rome City Pass. It was incredibly convenient and easy-to-use–all we had to do was choose the date/time for each attraction that we wanted to book, and Turbopass would handle it for us. We would then show up at the time and could skip the line each time (which alone was worth the price). The pass itself contains all the major attractions you would want to see and makes the planning process a lot less overwhelming. The only downside is that once you book, you cannot change the time. However, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!
The pass is already worth it just for the timed and guaranteed entry to the Vatican Museums and the Colosseum. If you also visit the Catacombs (highly recommended), hop-on hop-off bus, Pantheon, etc., you not only save time, but also a lot of money.
Everything worked out very well. You could do a lot with the pass. The week of free travel on public transport and the airport shuttle was also very good. All in all, highly recommended.

We booked the Turbopass without a shuttle service or local transport ticket and were completely satisfied. For 1 week in Rome, all the important attractions are included, plus lots of other small attractions in between that are absolutely worth it and provide variety. There is enough choice to fill a whole week with a program without rushing. And the best thing is: you only pay once and only have to show your pass everywhere, or you can book appointments in advance, which saves you waiting time and lets you skip the queues. Everything worked out really easily. The all-round carefree package for Rome!
We used the 5-day pass in August for our 8-day stay in Rome and were absolutely thrilled. The pass enabled us to easily visit some of Rome's most famous attractions, including the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Palatine Hill, the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Pantheon and much more. We were particularly impressed by the priority entry to many sights, which saved us a lot of waiting time. Especially in high season, it is an absolute advantage not to have to queue for hours in the sun. The city tour and the tour to the Catacombs of Saint Callistus were also absolute highlights of our trip - very informative and perfectly organized. Another plus was the uncomplicated use of public transport. Thanks to the included ticket, we were able to explore Rome flexibly and stress-free. The hop-on hop-off ticket also gave us a great opportunity to discover the city from a different perspective. Although you need to plan your schedule carefully to make the most of the pass, it was an ideal way to see as much of Rome as possible in a short amount of time. We got so many impressions and learned a lot about the city's history and culture. All in all, the Rome Turbo Pass offers excellent value for money and is a perfect choice for anyone who wants to discover Rome in an efficient and stress-free way!

Me have guaranteed tickets and times for both the Vatican and Colosseum on our chosen days.
We managed to pretty much use most the pass with the exception of the Pantheon, as we didn’t see we had to get tickets from piazza navona before entering and we weren’t willing to walk back to the piazza on 40c heat just to go inside (we had previously done this 17 years ago).
The tickets included an exceptional amount of attractions, museums etc and can take advantage of the amount of ancient buildings to see.
The leonardo museo by the Vatican has 25% off with the turbo pass and was absolutely amazing to see Da Vinci genius inventions built. Couldn’t believe some of the inventions he made back then and never knew about some of them! Well worth the visit.
There is use of a hop on hop off bus but we didn’t use this facility. Stops at the major sights to see.
Honestly if we ever go back to Rome, the turbo pass will be purchased again to save money and time. Well worth the cost and super glad we bought it:

Highly recommended, all scheduled appointments ran smoothly. The planning and coordination of the individual appointments was also completely convincing.
We were very impressed with what was included in the pass. We booked the Colosseum/ Roman forum, Vatican museums, underground experiences, castle, 2 day hop on hop off bus and the catacombs tour. It was a jam backed 4 night stay in Rome. Most of the tourist attractions were within walking distance of one another, but it was useful to have the bus to get back after a long day walking around the city.
The best tour was to the catacombs. Our guide was very informative and we listened to great music on the way back! We will definitely use a pass again to get around.

You still need to do your homework requesting specific slots and picking up respective tickets. Make sure to read information inside the emails and tickets and visit the Tourist Info office to get all set up for your best experience.

Great experience To be checked every time if you need to, depending on the visits planned and the price of these because not all of them are chargeable for children!!! Very practical for reservations and the benefits offered by the pass!!!
From the package we visited the Colosseum, the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, the catacombs and the bus tour. Everything went smoothly and being able to skip the long lines was really worth it. Definitely recommended!
