With the Rome City Pass, entry to the attractions was generally easy and without complications. You just have to bear in mind that you have to get some tickets at other pick-up points beforehand with the pass.
The scheduled tours (Vatican Museums and Colosseum) worked very well and the recommendation saved a lot of time. The hop-on hop-off bus was very useful for 2 days.
Everything went super
Excellent pass. Helped to make an itinerary of what to see in Rome. A bit awkward having to get tickets at tourist offices which were not near the venues but we managed to see most things.
The Turbopass made it easy and uncomplicated for us to explore the city of Rome. We pre-booked entry to the Colosseum and Vatican Museums, which was highly recommended. Exchanging the vouchers for original tickets involved some searching, but was uncomplicated. I can recommend the pass.
In a city like Rome, the City Pass offers are not only useful, but really necessary. Without the pass, you need a lot of time to get organized. There are often lots of people queuing in front of every sales point to buy tickets, travel cards, etc. That's all time that is lost. There really should be more offers included in the pass. Despite trying several times, we were unable to get into St. Peter's Basilica because the queue in front of the security gate always seemed to be the same length.
Excellent. So easy to use. Just flash the pass on your phone at the entrances to the venues and in you go. DO NOT RISK THE QUEUES THEY ARE MASSIVE.
The pass works just as advertised.
The hip on hop off bus is a welcome sit down after all the walking and is included in the price.
Everything worked out wonderfully, without a long wait. Just explore the city in a relaxed manner. Great!
Thank you Turbopass. The whole experience in Rome was very positive and memorable. Thanks to the services you provide in the the city pass, we were able to get from the airport to the city without any problems. After that, very quickly and in a convenient place, we got our public transport cards, which we used all the time.
Our group was 4 adults and 2 children, impressed with everything, we really enjoyed the Roman Forum and the Coliseum. Castel Sant'Angelo and of course the Vanican Museum. We visited the Pantheon, the Roman Catacombs and managed a short ride on the IO double-decker open-top bus. We were also able to use the luggage locker at the Vatican Museums. Thanks to the city pass, we saved a lot of taxis and a lot of time without queuing. We will visit Rome again and use your services.
There were no problems, we never had to wait. No queuing.
The Turbopass does what it promises. The descriptions are precise and you sometimes do things that you wouldn't have thought of otherwise ☺️ highly recommended
We travelled to Rome in Ocr 2018 and turbopass made our travel super convenient, we skipped all the lines, customer service is also fast with their responses. We will use them again in 2024
The Turbopass exceeded all our expectations. We didn't have to queue anywhere
Everything went smoothly, we never had to wait, the time slots were kept. We also booked a few attractions on site, which also worked out wonderfully. We booked the catacomb tour, which was superbly organized and highly recommended. We were only in Rome for 3 days and didn't get to use up the pass for a long time, but considering that we didn't have to queue anywhere and there was a sightseeing bus included, it was definitely worth it. You should definitely stop by one of the tourist information offices, because for some attractions you have to get a ticket there beforehand, but we didn't find that annoying, we just did it as we passed by!
Friendly support online and on-site, no queuing, lots of time saved. Anytime again!!!
After reading some negative reviews, we weren't sure whether we should get the Turbopass. After much deliberation, we decided to get it. And I haven't regretted it for a minute. It gave us a lot of flexibility as to what we wanted to do. It also saves you hours of queuing and you get tickets for the Colosseum and Vatican with a reserved time. The security check was really quick. What you have to bear in mind is that for many attractions you first have to go to a tourism office to get the tickets. But that's the case whether you have the Turbopass or not. That's the disorganized nature of Italy... But with the Turbopass we were able to decide flexibly which attraction we wanted to see depending on what time we had. All in all, a convenient thing.
I had a very good experience with the Rome City Pass. The descriptions for the ticket pick-up locations were very good and I was able to find everything without any problems. A good option if you want to see a lot of the eternal city
