Everything worked great! Top!!
everything worked out great... a bit complicated when picking up and redeeming the tickets (could be regulated uniformly, e.g. only 1 issuing point for all tickets; or with an app)
Our time slots were reserved, the ladies in the tour offices were all on the ball, so we saw everything we wanted to see in three days. Great.
We used the Rome Pass for our 5-day trip and were completely satisfied. The catacomb tour in particular was an absolute highlight for us!
As a couple, we had the Turbo Pass for five days for Rome, including the Vatican, bus transfers and local public transport. All of the "skip the line" appointments worked out 100 percent. Everything was well described in the documents, where and when you could get which discounts and free entry. The Turbo Pass gave us relaxing days in Rome. We recommend it.
Rome is definitely worth a visit. We had no problems getting into other sights with the Turbopass.
We are so happy to have booked the Turbopass for our trip to Rome. I think we wouldn't have seen a lot of things if we had had to queue for the tickets. Everything went smoothly and we would always check before any future city trip to see if there is a Turbopass for that. Of course you can book everything yourself in advance, but with the Turbopass everything is much more relaxed and, above all, not more expensive.
It worked great, but recently my wife's code for luggage storage stopped working. But luckily we didn't have to pay anything.
The Rome City Pass was the ideal companion for our week of getting to know Rome. Everything worked out perfectly and saved us a long time of searching and queuing. The documents that came by email described the pick-up points and how they worked in detail and we were often happy to be able to skip the tourist queues and use the bus/metro without any problems. Of course, a little preparation and your own plan are required, but then you can really make the most of your time there. We fully recommend it!
Turbo pass Really helped me and my partner see the sites that we wanted to see, and with the hop on hop off bus, there were no worries about having to fine transport.
The woman that sorts your tickets out was slightly rude.
Please note that the busses only run intill 6.30 so if you want to stay at one of the places you booked past that time you need to find alternative transport.
Also good to no that once you purchase the pass, if it's more than a month you will not receive anything till a month to two weeks before you go.
All in all this was a good buy.
I purchased 3 city passes, Rome, Venice and Florence. all for multiple days. And they were are pretty great. I only chose the public transportation option for venice, and it was pretty easy to pick up and use. Due to all of the pickpocketing reports, I did not do public transportation for Rome, didn't need it for Florence.
I would suggest you just make sure that if you want to take full advantage, make sure you have plenty of days in city to visit and a few museums (Uffizi) took a bit longer to go thru than I had planned. Also there were a few vendors who didn't provide what was offered. (The free audio guide for San Marco's Basilica.) She would not honor the free guide if you had the city pass.
Would have also preferred if I could pick up tickets to all places that required a ticket at one place. Having to go to multiple locations to pick up tickets for certain places on different days was a bit inconvenient.
But other than that, things were pretty smooth. While walking the cities I stumbled upon museums I had a free pass to enter, and was able to enjoy when I otherwise would have kept walking around.
We ordered 2 of these passes online after looking over various ones, and this seemed to suit us better. We added on the airport transfer bus as well. Before we’d even got to Rome though, we contacted them about our Colosseum ticket and found that the responsiveness was amazing and fully answered our Q. Once there, really easy to navigate to the various attractions, tourist centres for further booking (really good staff here too), bus stops etc. We then emailed again while we were there about the return transfer as heard some roads were going to be closed - again, really fast informative response. Would recommend. The only thing they need to add really is the option to upgrade the Colosseum tour to include the underground bit.
With the pass we saw so many interesting things in Rome in 7 days. The Colosseum and Vatican Museums had the skip-to-line ticket, which prevented long waits. My tip is to book even earlier in the holiday so that you can get early entry if, like us, you want to read "every" sign. We didn't get to the Vatican Museums until 4 p.m., but with the advance work out what to see where, everyone was able to go straight away. We made appointments for Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon and Catacombs as soon as we arrived and everything worked out very well. Local transport and the airport shuttle were also useful for us. You should use the Hopper Bus during the week if you can, then there are always free tickets. In summary, it was a great cultural holiday with the pass with incredible impressions. Thank you to the Turbo Pass team.
We booked the Turbopass Rome... a reliable and loyal companion through the eternal city... from local transport tickets to admission to the most popular attractions (be sure to book the Vatican Museums and Colosseum in advance), everything you need is included.

It's easy to get around with the Rome City Pass! All the places to visit are recommended - cafes and restaurants are very good. Favorite place: Trevi Fountain - Pantheon - Vatican Museum - Colosseum
