Perfect
We were in Rome for 5 days and used a lot of tickets that were included in the Turbopass. Everything worked very well. We can really recommend the Turbopass for Rome.
Everything worked perfectly. No long queuing. Always happy. Great value for money
We booked the pass for 5 days with the Colosseum and Vatican Museums. Everything worked out wonderfully. The tickets for the Colosseum and Vatican arrived early by email. Inquiries were answered very quickly by email in German. The pass was accepted at all the locations we used (Castel Sant'Angelo, Hop-on Hopp-off, etc.). The information about the respective sights was all correct. Everything worked really well. I can only recommend the pass. TOP!
Everything was beautiful, but crowded with people.
There were seven of us, four adults and three children, and we were able to walk past all the lines at both the Vatican Museum and the Colosseum. Picking up tickets for us (Vatican Museum) or the children (Colosseum) was no problem because the pick-up points were behind security. That was also the bottleneck at the Roman Forum, the only place where we waited. The children enjoyed the rides in the double-decker bus, we couldn't do much else in the two days we had. The offer would have been much more extensive.
A great offer. Everything worked out great. If you want to see a lot, it's also worth it financially. The time saved when you enter without queuing is particularly worthwhile.
The Turbopass is highly recommended if you want to see a lot in a short period of time. It includes the most important museums and you can use it to save not only money but also time at the checkout. 5 Stars
We were in Rome with our children and had the turbo pass for 2 days with the Colloseum and Vatican Museums! Gladly again ! You could easily get past the queues without waiting! There was also a very long line at the Pantheon, so we were able to just walk past it. With this pass you really save time, it's much more relaxed! Fast and uncomplicated communication with employees in advance! Simply highly recommended! Thank you for this wonderful time in Rome, we will be back of course with the Turbopass!

It took me a while to work out exactly what I had to do, purely due to the amount of information I got with the pass, but once it was clear, it worked really smoothly. You have to make sure you read the information carefully. The Colosseum ticket comes in an email, so you just show that at the entrance, but you have to collect the tickets for the Pantheon and the underground stadium at Piazza Navona touristation (it can get a bit busy) and the voucher for the Vatican at the touristation opposite the Vatican itself (make sure you go to the one furthest up the hill). The touristation employees are quite helpful and once you have the tickets, you just breeze to the front of the queue. The Hop On Hop Off bus was great. I would recommend doing the whole tour at once - just to show you where everything is in relation to each other. I didn’t bother with hopping on and off, but the pass is valid for 48 hours, so you have lots of opportunity. I had a question (my fault, not Turbopass’s) and the email was answered swiftly. I would recommend Turbopass - particularly if you stay a whole week like we did, as there are lot of attractions included. It gives you the peace of mind that you will actually get into the venues - and you won’t have to wait about. And on my final day, I left my suitcase at the place opposite the station. Other people were being turned away, but if you have a Turbopass, you have a reservation and therefore a guaranteed spot.
The turbopass was a great decision, the transfer to and from the airport was perfect, the route to the bus is a bit far at the airport. Metro runs every 3 minutes, everything is very easy, on weekdays the subway only runs until 10:30 p.m. then bus or taxi, Friday Saturday it runs until 1:30 a.m. Entrances with registration e.g. For example, in Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican Museum, it's great to get past the queue and you're in, it worked really well. We would do it like that again.
With the Rome City Pass we were able to explore Rome wonderfully. The app worked great.
We made a lot of use of the Rome City Pass. Whether it was the transfer from the airport to the Termini, train or bus, or the problem-free entry to various museums or the Coloseum, everything worked out. We were particularly surprised when we dropped off our suitcases at Termini for storage on the day of our departure. With our Rome City Pass we were served immediately, even though there were a lot of people standing in line. Next time again!!!
We really liked the Rompass, we booked it for 7 days and made full use of it, including a metro ticket and transfer from the airport to the city. Everything worked great and the ticket often saves you having to wait in line to get in. We would buy the ticket again next time.
We were glad that we had the Vatican and Colosseum dates with the Roman Forum and so we passed the many people who were queuing without tickets. The airport transfer and Engelburg were also worth it. Only the on-hop bus wasn't worth it because we were just stuck in traffic. It's easy to discover the best of Rome on foot and you'll get to your destination much quicker.
We appreciated the tour suggestions included in the pass. The coalition is the paid visit that we liked the most, just after that of the basilica, but which is free. The queue skippers are really nice. We were able to discover the museum under Piazza Navona, it is very interesting. I highly recommend. This allowed us to organize our visits and discover sites that we would not necessarily have thought of. The inclusion of transport (in the city + the shuttle to the airport) is a significant plus and which helps out well when you don't know a city.
