From the order to the entry tickets and the conditions described on site, everything was perfect, everything as described and it worked great.
Everything worked fine. Only picking up the ticket from Engelsburg is a bit cumbersome. Gladly again.

We bought the Rome City Pass for our family about 2 weeks before the start of the holiday. Everything worked fine. Everything was as described. The on-hop bus was exactly as described, we could hop on and off anywhere. We were very glad we had tickets when we saw the kilometer long line in front of the Vatican Museum. Here, too, everything worked out wonderfully, we didn't have to queue for a minute. In advance I informed myself about Turbopass online, unfortunately there have been a lot of bad experiences online. These unsettled me beforehand. In retrospect, I'm glad we chose Turbopass. Gladly again!
Since the days were a little pre-structured through the pass, we managed to see many sights despite the short time in Rome. We were also spared some queues!
Great, everything worked smoothly. We were able to get in everywhere without a problem and without queuing. It pays off if you want to see more than 3 sights then you've already beaten the price. The price-performance ratio is right!

We have booked the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums. We got in without the line and it was great. The hop on hop off bus was easy to find and the other attractions included with the pass were great too. I can only recommend the Turbopass.
This product offers to plan our visit in advance, free Tourist buses and excellent on-site service. We didn’t have any single problem with it. Everything what we bought we got on time. The means tickets which we bought for two main City attractions were delivered on time. Offer with Tourist buses is good if you want to explore cities without using Public transport and to avoid extra costs for tickets. On-Site partners were competent and very kind. In addition, many small services were included in the package: for example…discount on ice-cream. Not something what is important, however good for children
Since we were only in Rome for 3 days, the Rome City Pass was ideal. We used the airport shuttle as it was the cheapest way to get from the airport to Rome and back. It was also good that you could book the time slot for the Vatican Museums and the Colosseum directly with Turbopass. It was a pity that you don't always get the desired time slots, but Turbopass pointed this out in advance. Therefore no minus point for it. It was also great that the tickets stated exactly where and when to find one and what to look out for. We didn't use the ticket for the hop on hop off bus as a city tour, but for longer distances, such as to get to the Carcallathermen. Or if we had walked enough, we took the bus back to the starting point near the hotel . Because the ticket is valid for 48 hours. This saves you additional bus or S-Bahn tickets. It is also worth mentioning that on the online ticket you can see exactly which sights you can visit for free with the Rome City Pass and where you can get a percentage off the entrance fee, as well as the opening times. This was a huge time saver for us.

We used the pass for the Colosseum and The Vatican City Museum. The pass enabled us to walk straight in which was fantastic as the queues to get in both attractions were HUGE! We also took advantage of the hop on, hop off bus pass which took us to the Colosseum, whilst giving us a tour of the city. I would definitely use again
It's best to go straight to the tourist info, so you can get all the tickets and possibly. Info about the activities!
Very competent lady who provided us with a lot of information. Very entertaining with lots of little stories. The tour even took almost 3.5 hours instead of the booked 2.5 hours.
We were super satisfied with the Turbopass, good communication, reliable delivery, easy handling, just the right thing for a family holiday in Rome with 3 generations :-)
