We traveled with the Rome City Pass in October 2024. The pass always has to be exchanged for an entrance ticket, either by going straight to the cash desk using Skip the Line or, for some tickets, at the tourist information office. The trip to the catacombs was very remarkable - we had a great sightseeing tour with stops on the way and the catacombs were very impressive. Buying a ticket for people under 25 is only worthwhile if you don't want to queue, because here the ticket only costs € 2.-, we bought the ticket anyway so that we could book the reservations and entries in advance, the reduced ticket is only available at the cash desks :(

The Turbo Pass gave us a great experience in Rome. On the first day we visited the Roman Forum and Colosseum, and on the second day we visited the Vatican Museums. The reservation with the Turbo Pass enabled us to gain entry quickly and easily. We also booked public transport and were able to spontaneously switch to buses and the metro when our feet needed a rest. We would recommend the Turbo Pass as it takes a lot of the organisation out of the way on site.
From ordering to picking up the tickets, everything is well organized.
Top customer service .... Because I must have mistakenly deleted the email with all the accesses. Just an email to customer service and my turbopass was sent back within the hour .... time to make the flight. Practical even if we could not take advantage of everything because our stay was too quick. I recommend
Very good way to save time and, above all, money. Tip: Tour to the catacombs of San Callisto with Alessandro. The guy is great and the tour of the catacombs by a brother of the order was FANTASTIC.
We used the Turbopass for 5 days during our trip to Rome with children and we were thrilled. Everything worked perfectly and we didn't have to queue. Absolutely recommended!
Very practical pass for our week-long stay. Many visits are included and the unlimited transport ticket is largely profitable. I highly recommend.
I thought the Turbopass offer in Rome was very good. The included entrance tickets gave me lots of ideas and I used them. Planning from home also gave me access to the sights with a limited number of tickets. For example, the Vatican Museums.

As with the Paris City Pass last year, everything was exactly as promised. The detailed documents in particular were correct, sufficient and therefore very helpful. All bookings (Vatican, Colosseum, ...) could be exchanged for tickets without any problems (and without queuing!).
We had a wonderful time in Rome. In four days we were able to see a lot: the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum with Roman Forum, Vatican Museums + Sistine Chapel, Catacombs of Callistus, hop on hop off bus and Trastevere. There was a 1km long line of people at the Vatican, we walked past everyone and got in pretty quickly. That's unbeatable. The whole thing would be 110% perfect if you didn't have to go to the offices beforehand to finalize your appointments. An online function with appointment selection would be the last step towards absolute perfection. Rome is cultural madness, simply unique. The Turbo pass ticket is the best thing you can book for Rome.
We really liked this 5-day pass. It includes the main visits to do in Rome: Vatican, Coliseum, Forum in full experience (the good surprise!), Catacombs. And other visits that we would not have thought of and which were very informative (Vicus Caprarius, Case Romane del Celio). The bus tour, very fun and very practical! On the other hand, the guided tour of Rome, not very informative from our point of view.
This is an interesting pass, bus transport, museums, Vatican, Colosseum, catacombs with transport.... All included.... So many things to see and do that one week was not enough. Thank you
