Expensive, no doubt, but in Rome I would say essential: people without stand for hours in the heat to get in. In front of the Vatican Museums the line was endless, several visitors stayed in the queue. So without a turbo pass we definitely wouldn't have gotten in that day. In the Colosseum we bought an audio/video guide for €6 per person. That was sufficient and very well explained. You could walk around comfortably and not rushed without a group. In the double-decker bus you could relax a bit, although you would rather have heard more stories than listening to scary music between stories (unnecessary and annoying). We did several other things in the center with the turbo pass, was good. The audio in Pantheon is also highly recommended. I would definitely recommend the Turbo Pass - without it you wouldn't be able to see the sights on the days.
After 2 hours of trying to get admission tickets and tickets myself, I resorted to the Turbopass offer - good decision. When the tickets weren't there for 1 week before departure, a short email cleared things up: "Main travel time, it's difficult, BUT: it works". Then it was like that. Interesting were the many "small" discounts and tickets in addition to the main attractions. All in all, I saved myself time and stress. Would we do it again!

The Turbopass encourages you to visit as many museums as possible. Our experience is very positive, everything went smoothly thanks to the good descriptions, so we had a great time in the Vatican Museums as well as in the Colosseum!
There were three of us in Rome and we are very enthusiastic about the City Pass! Flight transfer, entry to the Colosseum and the Vatican worked wonderfully, we were able to walk past all the queues without any problems. The tips and descriptions provided (e.g. how to get additional tickets) are great and that's exactly what we found on site. Really good! The turbo pass was really great! Thanks to the "skip the line" feature, we were able to visit all the sights immediately and never had to queue. We saved a lot of time and could enjoy the city more. The local transport ticket, the hop on hop off bus and the bag drop were also super helpful. I would buy the Turbopass again at any time.

Highly recommended for short vacationers, because the waiting times at the individual sights are really eliminated. Hop-on hop-off bus is awesome - also as a means of transport around the city. All round perfect!
With the turbo pass and the numerous entries it contained, we were able to enjoy Rome without long queues. Due to the numerous options included, we were able to change our plans quite spontaneously - since we had a few rainy days in Rome. I can only warmly recommend the Turbopass - stress-free, uncomplicated and reliable.

I can only recommend the Turbopass, preferably in combination with a ticket for the traffic. The pre-orders offered for certain sights are also recommended, even if you probably won't get the time you want. If you book the Roman Forum + Colosseum, you should note the following: The card is valid for the Roman Forum and Colosseum for 24 hours. The forum is very large, and the Palatine is also part of it, which you should definitely visit. Anyone who is very interested in history will need a few hours and then may not have the strength (LUST?) for the Colosseum. That's why you should look carefully when the entry time for the Colosseum is. It was 3:30 p.m. for us and we had to leave the forum to be there on time. But then you didn't come back to see the things you hadn't seen before. If you have a similar entrance time for the Colosseum as we do, you should visit the Colosseum on the first day and go to the Forum in the morning of the following day, then the ticket is still valid and you have enough time to look at everything in peace. It is also advisable, if you cannot book it with the Turbopass, to have the ticket upgraded at the entrance, both in the forum and in the Colosseum. Only with the upgraded ticket you can get into the underground and the arena of the Colosseum and only with the upgraded ticket you can watch the multimedia show in the Augustusvilla, which is well worth seeing. You can also only enter certain areas of the forum with such a ticket. Otherwise, the turbo pass can also open doors that might otherwise remain closed. It happened to us twice that the door said: No more visitors today! After showing the turbo pass, we were admitted without any problems, for example at the Vicus Caprarius (Where, by the way, it is much more interesting than at the completely overcrowded Trevi Fountain.). We couldn't use all the offers, even though we were there for seven days. We will book the pass again for the next visit to Rome.
