I had ordered the pass on the net at very short notice and was very happy to be able to pick up the passport in Rome. Time would not have been enough for the post. The pick-up point at the Vatican was very easy to find. At the pickup we were informed in detail by the lady on site. We made extensive use of the passport in Rome. Public transport and museums. Being able to walk past the queues on the Colosseum and through the group entrance without waiting was an experience in itself. Also, the tip on how to easily switch from the Sistine Chapel to St. Peter's Basilica, has worked. So thank you for the detailed materials, for the good instruction on site and generally for this card.
It was the right decision to book the Rome City Pass for 3 days. We were able to see all the sights included, without waiting in queues for a long time. The entrance worked smoothly everywhere, one was only sometimes sent back and forth until one was at the right entrance gate. We also found the use of public transportation, as well as the hop on hop off bus very convenient. One day we drove even to Ostia to the sea, which we certainly would not have done without the pass. I highly recommend the Rome City Pass and would buy it again.
I would recommend the Rome City Pass. We were in Rome for 6 days and the pass is just great. The public transport we used a lot, entrance to the queue was a very big time savings and very easily. The ticket for my son we received without waiting, because he received a free ticket, for example in the coliseum. We did not use everything in the passport. The price-performance ratio is great. My son also got the pass for a reduced price. Everything is well explained and also the sending very fast. Ordered in the afternoon and in the mailbox the next day. I would buy the pass anytime again!
We were thrilled with the City Pass the best we could do was highly recommended
I read the reviews before buying and they were sometimes rather negative but I still decided and was not disappointed. The pass for 6 days is probably not cheap, but everything was fine. I was able to get in pretty fast at the given sights in the almost lane (and the lines were immensely long), the Öffi tickets worked flawlessly and the city tour was also totally nice. All in all, I would buy the passport for other cities as well.
Has worked great from the beginning. Get out of Ciampino, take the bus to Cinecitta and then the subway. In the Vatican Museum in 5 minutes in it (only at the security lock something pending). Forum Romanum and Colosseum as well. In between always used the public transport and a tour by bus (took a while until he came - but we did not have to freeze). Return the same game subway bus airport. Without the Turbopass we would never have cared about the upcoming stress and thus this offer has contributed to a relaxed and eventful holiday.
We were in Rome for a week at the end of September. Without the Rome City Pass we would not have made it into the sights (Vatican Museums + Sistine Chapel, Coliseum, Roman Forum and Castel Sant'Angelo). It's a great feeling to walk past the queue in this heat and save at least 1-2 hours. Also, the use of local transport is great (drive to Ostia to the sea, to Villa Borghese with Galeria) or the tour by bus. I would definitely recommend older people the Rom City Pass.
We can only recommend the pass to any visitor who wants to see many sights and museums. For example, with a 2-3-day stay you get better prices than buying one-by-one tickets, especially the preferred entrance without waiting in the Vatican is super-there you are otherwise several hours! We enjoyed having immediate access to the Colosseum, Castel Sant'Angelo and other museums and attractions without waiting. So you do not understand the precious time and it is a stress-free and quick visit to the highlights in Rome. Rome was for us a 3-day a wonderful trip in which we have seen and experienced a lot. One should have been in the life once to have experienced the city with its historical sights and the great atmosphere.
We spared a lot of time because we did not have to queue at the Vatican Museums or the Coliseum. The human beings were really extremely long with us. The handling of the purchase to send the documents worked quickly and smoothly. The sightseeing tour was also very nice, but the buses are already very old. The tips in the booklet are very helpful, especially in the Sistine Chapel, that you should take the right exit with the group. We spared ourselves a lot of time.
The days in a foreign city should be well planned to make as much sightseeing as possible. The City Pass has helped us to make good use of the time and, above all, not having to wait in the queue unnecessarily. Reading the city map is difficult with all the little streets in Rome, so I like to recommend the app "Here", which is great for taking you offline !!
It is not easy to choose the right one from the 5 City Tickets offered for Rome. You have to know what you want to look at. The decisive factor for the Rome City Pass from Turbopass was the included city tour and the opportunity to pass by the queue at many of the important sights. However, you should definitely book - not like us - on time. Surprisingly, and that was not obvious at first glance, one must commit his visit to the Vatican Museums + Sistine Chapel. Who like me the first time to Rome, does not know something like that before. What I would have wanted a little closer, the information on where you can pick him up - we are pretty much wrong and around in the big store, where it is then spent, the switch is not really recognizable. And the departure point for the hop-on-hop-off buses was also hard to find because the departure was delayed. Nevertheless, if you want to be very flexible with the means of transport, if you want to look at a lot and avoid the queues, you are on the right page with this pass.
This pass includes the Roma Pass Card, the Vatican Ticket, the Rome City Pass Card and a city map. He is easy to activate. The card is activated on the first museum visit or the first use of public transport. Unfortunately the transfer to the airport Fiumicino is not included in the pass! The Roma Pass entitles to free admission to the Colosseum with Forum Romanum and Palatine, as well as a number of important museums with some direct access without waiting. This also applies to the Vatican ticket, where the queues can be several hundred meters long (Sistine Chapel). By public transport (in particular by metro) you can quickly get from one attraction to another (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc .. The use of a hop-on-hop-off bus tour of the city is interesting.) The Rome City Pass is highly recommended in my opinion!

With the Rome City Pass you are well advised. It offers an incredible number of benefits and allows quick access to attractions, so you do not have to spend a lot of time in queues. You can use the entire transport network, which ensures a carefree stay. Great, I would book again anytime!
The City Pass is a great facility! We were already the 3rd time in Rome, but only had the City Pass! Too bad we did not know about it before!
We were well equipped with the Rome City Pass. As a result, we did not have to take a lot of money on the road, but always had the passport at hand. Nevertheless, we had to queue at the Colosseum, as quite a few visitors had the City Pass. But he was still worth it for us on all days. We did not have to worry about the Metro tickets. These are also included in the Rome Pass. I would buy it again anytime and recommend it to others.
Thanks to the passport, we have not already failed on the queues. Good planning and the passport allowed us to explore Rome in such a short time that we felt that we had seen a lot of the sites and experienced a lot. We are allowed to take home many impressions.
Shipping to Switzerland worked flawlessly. I have been to Rome several times but I have only visited the freely accessible sites because I did not feel like standing for hours. With the Turbo Pass and a bit of planning, thanks to the quick and easy access, I have now managed to visit the most important sites.
Very satisfied . Was worth the money buying the Rome pass. Makes travelling stress free, when you can skip lines at very busy times. Get it , it is worth it.
We tried a good deal in the 3 days but the reality caught up with us. Nevertheless, everything was right.
