A simple pass to order and use. The instructions are clear. On site it offers many advantages in addition to the traditional queue skipping. We met other tourists who had reservation problems with other types of passes. We were very satisfied with it, I recommend reading the offers in addition to the Colosseum and the Vatican such as the catacombs, the lockers at the station, the tourist bus.....the turbo pass offers many privileges sometimes written in full little!

5 day pass which was very useful to us. It covered almost all the activities we wanted to do. And with public transportation included, it was very convenient. Good experience !
Great experience To be checked every time if you need to, depending on the visits planned and the price of these because not all of them are chargeable for children!!! Very practical for reservations and the benefits offered by the pass!!!
From the package we visited the Colosseum, the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, the catacombs and the bus tour. Everything went smoothly and being able to skip the long lines was really worth it. Definitely recommended!
Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to visit everything included in the package, but the value is worth it by the fact that we have everything organized and tickets issued on time, without having to worry about purchasing/availability of tickets or wasting time in queues. endless routes to enter the attractions. We felt like a VIP (: . We bought our Roma Turbopass (3 days) at the last minute - just 2 days before, and when we arrived at the destination we already had all the tickets in the email ready to use at the chosen times. For several Several times, before departure and during the trip, I contacted the assistants using the form on the website and they really responded within 24 hours and were very helpful. Furthermore, the entire Touristations staff, with whom they work in partnership, are incredible and helpful. very friendly. I highly recommend it!
It works very well, just as described for each attraction. I chose Turbo pass for my family vacation in Rome and it was a very good choice. I have three kids so it was very helpful!! I had been sent the tickets for Colosseum and Vatican museums in my house. All of them were at my desirable time. We also went at Callistus' catacombs. It was an amazing experience!! I suggest it!!
The only thing you should do is to buy the pass as earlier as you can and first be ensured that there are available tickets for the Colloseum and the Vatican museums by the official sites.
Once we collected the transport city pass vouchers (Bus, Train, and Hop On Hop Off bus), and with our Vatican and Colosseum city pass tickets, Rome was open to us. The transport system is fantastic and it allowed us free reign of the city and the numerous attractions that were included in the city pass. We'd recommend it to anyone. Using the trains, buses, and hop on hop off bus was so easy and convenient. Skipping long queues for buying attraction tickets, and the queues to get into the attractions was great.
Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately we couldn't make full use of the Turbopass as we were only there over the weekend, but what we saw was simply amazing☺️ we never had to wait in line for long and the bookings worked out really well☺️ I can only recommend it, however, if you are really there for longer and can see more.
The city pass helped me plan my 3 days in Rome, maximize the time there with my family, and allow for eating, exploring, and transportation from one area to the other. There were strict time entries specific to the Vatican Museum and the Colosseum. Others not that busy areas were not as strict for the entry time.
The Turbopass is great! All the important sights were included. As was a smooth airport transfer. They even thought about luggage storage! All local transport is included, as well as a nice hop on/hop off tour. We were very satisfied and would buy it again immediately.
Everything worked perfectly and saved us a lot of time waiting in line. Using public transport was also a huge advantage. The only thing that was a bit complicated was picking up the ticket, as the first of three possible pick-up points (near the Vatican) didn't have any left and we had to go to Termini. However, the friendly lady pointed out to us that we could also use the hop on hop off bus to get there, as this was also included in the pass. That worked out well. The shuttle service to and from the airport is also great. You should really get to the stop in good time, though. You will then be transported in a fairly new, large coach. As the queues at the taxi ranks are very long, I definitely recommend booking this service.
Perfect for a visit to Rome and Florence. Bus to and from airport, quiet, on time, perfect. Admission to the Colosseum, the Vatican, the Uffizi Gallery and the Galeria de l'Academia. For certain attractions, such as the Pantheon, you must pay attention to the closing times of the office to be able to change the voucher for the entrance ticket. Hop on hop off. Ticket for public transport. This made our trip very peaceful. Top!
I was in Rome for a week and thanks to the pass I didn't spend a cent on transport or sightseeing. It's a great way to explore Rome and see all the great places.
... everything worked out perfectly. The pass was accepted at all the places it was offered. In some cases you had to register at various ticket counters in order to fix an exact time of visit, but this worked without any problems. The pass is highly recommended for a visit to Rome ...
The communication prior to our trip to Rome was good. My questions were answered quickly. In Rome itself, everything went wonderfully. There was hardly any queuing, so basically no waiting, which was a real time saver, especially at the Vatican Museums and the Colosseum. We even used the hop on hop off bus as a means of transport. The descriptions provided for the tours and also for collecting the tickets - e.g. for the Pantheon - are short but accurate. For me, a tip for anyone travelling to Rome for the first time. No asking, no falling for dubious ticket sellers on site. If you are not travelling to Rome for the first time and want to be comfortable, you can also get the pass. Always happy to do so. It was worth the money.
We were in Rome for a week with my granddaughter and had only good experiences with the Turbopass. It allowed us to avoid the long lines at the sights, which was a great advantage in the heat. I would buy it again and again. If you are near Termini station, we can recommend la Famiglia as a restaurant. Everything we tried in 5 days, whether pizza or pasta, tasted delicious.
The turbo pass was extremely useful on the visit that the four of us made to Rome, the pass for public transport is always useful and easy to use, the Hop on hop off is always pleasant, includes entry to the Vatican and Colosseum museums, it also includes entry in the catacombs, in the pantheon and castel st angelo, there is no indication that these 3 visits also have to be scheduled but it was easy to do so in Rome.
I recommend the Roma Pass, easy, useful and without queues
