Due to professional appointments, I had to cancel my trip to Rome at short notice. Very nice and fast contact with Turbopass. Ultimately, I got up to 20 € all costs quickly refunded.
Since I unfortunately got terrible weather, the pass has paid off twice. You did not have to queue in streaming rain in huge lines and you could see various museums at reasonable prices. Did not need to think about whether you prefer bus or train and not for tickets. Would book the pass again and again. Best regards
For the Citypass I give 5 stars because alone the Vatican visit saved us already extremely long queuing. Down to St. Peter's Square was the people queue which needed tickets. We were able to get right up to the main entrance and stood 10 seconds outside. Just a quick check of the tickets and you're done. Then it went straight to the security check, which went very fast and then pick up the regular ticket to the online counter. Online counter is for passport holders. 10 minutes and we were in the first museum. Colosseum the same picture, grapes, however we immediately into it without queuing. Own lock for the passport holder. It gets almost queasy when you go past all the other people waiting. The all wait annoyed. Engelsburg is doing the passport, also own lock, but it would not have been necessary. Still, it could have been. The tour with the open bus we could not use because the weather was not appropriate. That we were allowed to use the public transport with the passport was also good, we drove a lot with it. All in all, the price of the pass might have been a bit high (other providers had even higher prices), but if I think of the preferred entry, then it makes up for me. You just have a better feeling with these crowds in Rome. To Rome, I can only say, a real tourist destination. Masses of people, simply unimaginable. Partly pretty dirty in the streets but not only made by the residents but also and especially by the tourists. Everything is thrown on the street. Not to mention the cigarette butts. But at least it smells good in the restaurants. The sights in Rome are clear to everyone, everyone knows them well. They should be visited. Everybody is worth it. I would like to give a tip here too. Because this is not stated in any tourist website. For movie fans of Bud Spencer (with Terence Hill mostly). Bud Spencer died in 2016 in Rome. And he was buried in the cemetery of the famous people. In the cemetery Campo Verano. An unimaginably beautiful cemetery with beautiful mausoleums, tombs and urn sites. He is the size of a small town. Its own bus line goes to 21 stations. And at the back entrance to the left, near a subway station, stands a chapel with the tomb of Bud Spencer and part of his family. A beautifully decorated altar with photos and utensils by Bud Spencer. The chapel is closed with a lattice gate which gives very good insight. A must for fans. So, we did not regret the visit to Rome, it was great in spite of rather bad weather, for a day the public transport also went on strike, which led to another adventure. No taxi available and we had to go the kilometer long way back from the Vatican to the hotel. But that would be a long story of its own. :-)
The best thing about the Turbopass is that you really get past the long lines in the sights
6 days Rome with child! Without thinking of the Rome City Pass! Hardly any queues at the highlights, max. at the security checkpoints (but that's the way it is). The use of public transport through the ticket are also super easy. No wondering which tariff you have to choose. Get in, drive off, just topp. This made our holiday very relaxed. Definitely recommended for travelers with children!
Was delivered wrong, but still gives full stars because great communication and sending the right stuff the next day. Otherwise very good you buy yourself vacation time instead of standing you can see much more. The metro is almost everywhere.
Hello, just that this pass allows you to queue up at the shorter queue - and thus have plenty of time for another sight - is worth the issue, even if you can not exhaust everything. Traveling back and forth with just one ticket by bus and metro is a big plus. Our three-day pass was a faithful companion from Friday noon to Monday noon. Grace.
It is enjoyable to be able to pass a 200-meter-long snake and come to the Vatican or the Coliseum without waiting! Otherwise, the pass is definitely worth it if you're a keen visitor to museums or archaeological sites. Incidentally, I can only recommend the ancient Ostia. It is similar to Pompeii, but has much fewer visitors!

The Rome City Pass fully met our expectations. No queuing, no annoying ticket buy. This high time saving. The pass is definitely worth it for three days. Countless possibilities. The price is absolutely fine, even if you do not use everything. Clear purchase recommendation!
We - 2 persons - were very satisfied with the Rome City Pass.
We had booked the 3 days pass for ROME in March. Even though the city and museums were not completely overcrowded, this passport saved us a lot of time. The big advantage of not having to wait in the queues but spending those precious minutes or hours visiting the sights has been especially good for us. We also did not have to deal with one of the many ticket machines in the station and have to worry about not having the right or even no ticket. No matter where we were in the city, we could safely get on one of the many city buses, metro or tram. We did not recalculate how much money we would have needed if we had bought tickets and tickets locally. However, we believe that it was absolutely worth it. We will use TurboPass wherever we can on our next trips.
The Rom Pass is great and with the enclosed booklet there were great tips and we also implemented that, for example to Ostia to the sea to drive that was really nice and the food directly at the marina was fantastic always gladly I order at Turbopass
We were very happy with the turbo pass except hop on, hopp off bus. The big advantage was the preferential entrance and the use of public transport. The bus system is excellent and ideal for getting around the city from A to B. Hopp on, hopp off Bus: After a more than 30-minute wait (in the morning) we were then on foot. In the late afternoon we finally found one - the sound quality on the headphones was very bad and the announcements were very inaccurate (where are the described sights - left or right missing). Recommendations: shuttle bus airport - Termini highly recommended and very reasonably priced (one ride € 6.00). Dinner: La Forchetta d'Oro (trattoria) in Via di S.Martino Ai Monti 40 - near Termini worth seeing are the Domitilla catacombs. For ice cream lovers: Gelateria dell Palma, Via della Maddalena 19-23 - 150 different types of ice cream !! ! Very interesting is also the "German cemetery" (Campo Santo Teutonico) next to St. Peter's Basilica.
We can only recommend to anyone visiting Rome with a turbo passport. The benefits like admission and rides are just great. No waiting, flexibility with public transport is perfect.
The "Skip the Line" alone is worth the decision for the Rome City Pass. And the use of public transport including Metro without ticket purchase save time. The "Hop on Hop off" city tour is a nice "Dazu".
The card saved us a lot of waiting time. Apart from the money we have saved with it, that was actually the outstanding feature. Very good
