All Turbopass customers who purchase a Turbopass City Pass under a domain registered by Turbopass Pass between 20 and 29 October will automatically take part in the "10 years of Turbopass" competition (hereinafter referred to as the "competition"). 3 Turbopass City Passes for two persons will be raffled. The prize must be redeemed within 12 months after confirmation of the prize.

The organiser of the competition is Turbopass GmbH, Niederwall 53, 33602 Bielefeld, Germany. Every purchase made on a domain registered by Turbopass during the campaign period is a raffle ticket. Only the first purchase per calendar day counts. Canceled purchases lose the right to participate in the competition.

The winners will be drawn by lot within two weeks after the closing date and will be notified via the e-mail stored in the customer account. If the winner does not confirm the prize notification within 15 days of receipt, the prize will be forfeited. In addition, the winner can renounce his prize by simple notification. In this case, a new winner will be drawn.

Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded. The legal process is excluded. Information on the processing of personal data within the scope of the competition can be found in the data protection guidelines. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
