All City Passes can be cancelled up to 1 day before the first day of validity. In the event of cancellation, a refund fee of 30 euros per pass will be charged. 

You can cancel your City Pass yourself in "My account" and then "My tickets". 

For the Rome City Pass and the Barcelona City Pass, where Turbopass has made advance payments for certain services, the cancellation fee is €40 per pass for Barcelona and €50 for Rome.

Paris City Pass exception: Special cancellation fees apply for the Paris City Pass. The cancellation fees are calculated as follows: 
• 2-day pass: 85 euros 
• 3 and 4-day passes: 95 euros 
• 5 and 6-day passes: 110 euros 
These fees are due to the nature of our agreements with our partners and the fact that certain tickets are non-refundable once issued. 

Munich City Pass and Munich Card exception:
Special cancellation conditions apply to the Munich City Pass and the Munich Card.
•  If you cancel up to 24 hours before the planned date of use, no cancellation fees will be charged.
• In the event of cancellation within the last 24 hours before the planned date of use, no refund is possible and the price of the Munich City Pass or Munich Card will be charged in full.
