I loved that with the pass we could go almost everywhere.
The only hiccup was
1. Better if you speak/understand italian as when you have to get your pass for the churches, need t9 oick it up from 1of three churches, its a bit of a challange. But it is 100% worthy.
2. You need to get your other pass from the Doge palace which is a sort of skip the line, but need to be straight and explain ( again better if you speak italian) why you are there :)

The Venice City Pass from Turbopass allowed us to discover in 4 days almost all the attractions, museums and monuments of Venice planned in the Pass with simplicity, ease and without the slightest difficulty. I expected to encounter possible organizational or administrative difficulties during the visits, but to my pleasant surprise, this was not the case. This Pass really fulfills its role by allowing you to visit the many and different tourist sites at your own pace without stress or time constraints or reservation of visit slots. Be careful, however, some attractions require advance reservation with respect to a fixed slot, which is normal due to the desired activity. This was the case for example for the Gondola ride or the visit of the islands by boat. However, the determining and essential asset of this Pass from my point of view is the quality and clarity of the explanations it contains. Indeed, everything you need to do is very well explained in the Pass: meeting places, locations, schedules, reservations to make if necessary... It is this clarity of information that convinced me to take this Pass and I am not disappointed. Finally, it obviously provides priority access to sites with long queues, which allows a significant saving of time and money. Indeed, considering the individual entrance prices of each attraction, the Pass becomes very, very quickly profitable, which makes it another valuable advantage when you have it in your possession. For all these reasons, I therefore recommend this Pass without hesitation to anyone wishing to make the most of their stay in Venice.
The turbopass is really essential to visit Venice and do all the activities you want at a low price. We left at the end of August 2024 from August 25 to 31, a period that is quite busy for visits. We stayed 4 days in Venice and it was just perfect, we did a simple day of visiting the city and then we did the activities over 3 days. We were able to do all the activities such as the gondola, the tour of the Grand Canal, the visit of the 3 islands, and lots of other activities, this allowed us to save €100 on everything we did. Go for it, I recommend it 100%!
The content is good and really practical to organize yourself. One downside though, only one place to withdraw the different tickets which is restrictive when you don't withdraw all the tickets at the same time. The Murano, Burano walk is not well balanced, the time spent in Murano is too short, in Burano too long and Torcello sufficient. Otherwise the pass is the solution to get to the essentials

My wife and I first time at Venice not having to worry about the additional cost of entrance fees was extremely important. We also purchased the add on waterbus highly recommended. We did struggle to locate the office for pickup our passes. It would be nice if they have a station setup at the entrance of P. Le Roma (Main entrance to Venice - Bridge). The best solution is to have the ability to download all passes to mobile phone or at least a printout with barcode will save everyone time.
Otherwise, my wife and I had a wonderful time at Venice.

With a Venice City Pass you only have almost everything on the card at once, but you also have some things that you probably wouldn't have booked individually - this opens up new aspects, especially if you have already visited the city EXTENSIVELY in the past, taken a multi-day vaporetti ticket and "bused" the canals and, above all, walked the countless paths and streets (even if you keep ending up in a dead end (in front of a canal or in one of the many small backyards). This is the only way to get a feel for this city (as in many other old and naturally grown cities that were not designed on the drawing board). And if you also have the Chorus Pass with you, you really can't complain about a lack of culture! Like 15 to 20 years ago, we had a holiday apartment in Oriago again and every day we traveled very comfortably, quietly, cleanly and punctually (NO comparison with Deutsche Bahn!) with Trenitalia to the island and back again in the evening - fortunately just before the special entry regulations for Venice tourists...! Gladly again...

The Turbopass gives you entry to a number of attractions without having to queue multiple times. The canal trip and the island tour (Murano, Burano and Torcello) were also exciting. The Da Vinci Museum and the Doge's Palace are particularly interesting.
A real wide choice of activities (and with quality guides). The only downside is having to collect most of the tickets from one place (next to Saint Mark's Square).
All offers could be redeemed easily and on time.
The 7-day turbo pass made it possible to visit the many sights and attractions in Venice in a well-dosed manner and without too much stress on site. The pass was accepted everywhere. The personal highlights were the guided tour of the La Fenice opera house and the boat tour across the Grand Canal - both in small groups. When it was raining, the museums were a welcome - sometimes spontaneous - change. The 7-day ACTV ticket that I had booked could be exchanged without any problems at a ticket counter there. Overall, a very good price/performance ratio compared to prices/offers on site!
The Turbopass for Venice was the perfect addition to our 7-day Venice exploration vacation. Everything worked out great.
Pass pays off very quickly and is very useful. It allowed us to visit most of the sites we wanted to see and not have to worry about buying transport tickets on site. Please note: remember to book visits at the meeting point to avoid running out of places.
