I used the City Pass for a whole week, exploring Venice and its islands. No waiting at the Doges Palast. Would buy it again.
We used the Venice City pass on a 5 day visit to Venice at the end of Sept 2020. We used virtually everything that was included on the Classic pass. It was great value in not having to pay out euros for the things we did. The highlights were the Scuola and the Grand Canal bot trip. I felt the 3 island trip to Murano, Torcello and Burano was rushed as you got less than an hour each of the islands. I would have liked more time especially on Burano so we could have lunch. I felt the Camponile in St Marks Sq could have been included but that was only 10€ to go up so not too expensive.
It was easy to use and everywhere we used it knew about it.
Don’t know if it saved money but saved us from headaches and stress from booking individually.
Great for if you are unsure of what to see or when to see it.
Would recommend especially if you are in a group
Everything worked out very well. All tickets and vouchers were received without any problems. Just great!
A great value pass that can be utilised for transport from/to Airport, on all the waterways and tours to islands, plus so many attractions with skip the line facility. We loved Venice and wished we had more time, at least 4 days to see most of the attractions. The 3 Island Tour was especially enjoyable. St Marks Square, the Doges Palace and Basilica were amazing. Unfortunately didn't have time to utilise the Gondola ride.

Everything went well. Very experienced. The map is really recommendable also by public transport, which is of course important in Venice. Gladly again.

The gondola ride (instead of the tour on the Grand Canal) took only about 40 minutes, but was one of the highlights of our six-day stay in Venice. The second highlight for me was the visit to the rebuilt Teatro "La Fenice"

Has everything worked out well! We like to go back to the offer. Even the amount we had to pay for our 5-year-old son at the gondola ride on site will be refunded without any problems (here you pay from 2 years, but at turbo pass you could only specify children from 6 years)

Pass was great. No hiring for sightseeing. Venice is well worth the trip. Have enjoyed the days there.
The Citypass was very helpful and you saved a lot because this city can be not only beautiful but also expensive, of course you know that before and through the Citypass was a lot cheaper. Somewhat confusing is that Citypass in individual papers is sent with different codes for the attractions. For the gondola ride we had to visit a travel agency to get there again a ticket for it. This costs valuable time. A chip card for all attractions to scan would be absolutely more advantageous. Otherwise, Venice is always worth a visit. It is recommended to stay at the Rialto Hotel in the middle of the action. Friendly staff and nice traditional hotel.

We purchased this city pass after reviewing the options. The pass is good value for money and it works out well when we added everything up individually. We took the bus from the airport to the city centre and had a nice walk to the hotel. In terms of the places we visited, the pass had fast track to the Dodge Palace and the main museum, this was very handy as there were long queues. Another great benefit was the gondla trip, if brought on on it would cost alot. The Leonardo Da Vinci museum was great.

Venice is really worth a visit! With the City Pass Complete we got along well and had also booked a ticket for public transport. We were there for 5 days, but have not been able to visit everything, what was listed in the passport. It was pleasant to be able to handle many long queues, as we already had the vouchers, everything ran smoothly. Of course, the opening hours must be considered is no problem if you inform yourself. All in all, we'll be back :)
You have to see Venice once in your life. The uniqueness of this city can not be beat. The Doge's Palace is so valuable, especially from the inside. The gondola ride was one of the nicest things I've done in my life so far. At sunset
